Collective efficacy has long been recognized as a critical influence on positive work environments, increased team capacity, and student achievement. We know it’s important, but how do we foster collective efficacy with our staff? These webinars are designed to focus on various aspects of building individual and collective efficacy by providing practical strategies. The World Café protocol fosters diverse conversations around important topics. It involves multiple rounds of discussion on questions of increasing complexity. Participants engage in meaningful dialogue and “harvest” their thinking to identify patterns or themes that emerged from the conversation. World Café is a protocol that translates beautifully to the online setting and can be used with educators as they reflect together to deepen their professional learning, or to engage community stakeholders in meaningful conversations around important issues.
